These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kevinwells.com (the "Site"), operated by Kevin Wells LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, purchasing a book, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Kevin Wells's ministry, coaching, teaching, and books, including the book Moving from Calling to Clarity and other titles, and allows visitors to purchase books, sign up for updates, and submit contact or coaching inquiry forms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any form, checkout process, or communication feature on the Site.
2. Book Sales
Orders and Payment
Books offered on the Site are sold directly to you. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information on our own servers.
Pricing
Prices for books are listed on the Site in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, and will notify you before completing any such order.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes and costs, if applicable, will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Digital or downloadable materials, if offered, will be made available as described at the time of purchase.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a book purchase, please contact us using the information in Section 7 below. Refund and return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Kevin Wells LLC related to appointment reminders, coaching updates, series alerts, event notifications, and general marketing communications.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is obtained via an opt-in checkbox on our website forms and is not a condition of any purchase, including book purchases. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (e.g., our messaging platform provider, GoHighLevel).
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, but you can generally expect to receive up to 4–6 messages per month.

The Site and its content, including any coaching, teaching, or ministry-related material, are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or pastoral counseling advice specific to your situation.
