Kevin Wells is passionate about encouraging and equipping pastors and church leaders—especially those serving small churches—to lead with clarity, confidence, and renewed vision for the church God has entrusted to them.

He understands the weight many pastors carry. Week after week, they are preaching, shepherding people, leading volunteers, managing ministry needs, and walking with their congregation through both joyful and difficult seasons—often while balancing limited resources or even another job.

Kevin has lived in that world.

That’s why his focus is simple: to help pastors move from uncertainty to clarity so they can lead with greater confidence and purpose. Through writing, coaching, leadership development, and practical ministry resources, he provides tools that are designed to work in real ministry—not ideal situations.

His approach is rooted in Scripture and shaped by experience: healthy churches are built by healthy leaders who have clarity about their calling, their mission, and the people they serve.

Kevin believes small churches are not lesser churches. In fact, they are where much of the most meaningful ministry happens—where relationships are deep, discipleship is personal, and lives are changed week by week.

Those churches matter.

And the leaders who faithfully serve them matter.
